Partners in Cream

So I am just over here deciding to join in on yet another project pan. Instead of one very large project pan this year I guess I’ve chosen a few small ones. I think that’ll work for me though.

This Partners in Cream project pan is currently going around youtube and I figured I could use the idea for myself as well. The idea is to be using your creams and liquids since they go off faster than powder products. I believe it’s to be a year long rolling project pan, so I will see how far I get.

I chose only 4 products to begin with. I think that’s sufficient, and will keep things low key since I’ve got a few other projects going on as well.

From left to right. The first product is wet n wild’s primer spray. I’ve been using this to spray my brushes to make my eyeshadow more intense, and that’s how I have used it for a very long time. However, I have other sprays now and I don’t see some big need to keep this product for this purpose, I would love to have the space back that this takes up in my collection. So, I am going to concentrate on using this until it is gone.

Next up is a liquid eyeshadow from ciate. I don’t think I like it overly much. So, my goal on this one will be to use it enough to determine if it gets to stay in my collection or move on. Basically, I want to know if I would prefer to declutter it.

Then I’ve got the bare minerals primer. This is another product where there’s very little left. But, since I rarely use it, it has gone so slow. I want to get this used up and out of my collection, again, I can use that space back.

And finally there’s the sleek palette I panned off and on all last year. I want to finish the lighter contour shade, that’s my goal this spring. I feel like that’s something that should be possible, so let’s see how I go.

I believe that the updates for these are to be posted on the 10th of the month so I’ll update again in February and I will genuinely hope that I’ve got 2 out of the 4 items used up!
